Return Period

We offer a 15-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wayuucapalbio.com 

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Fees

For returns within Italy, only one return is allowed. For international returns, the shipping fee is €40 for EU countries and €60 for other destinations. Alternatively, you may arrange and cover the return shipment yourself. If we handle the return shipping, the cost will be €80. Please note that returns are not possible for sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately for the desired item. This ensures a faster processing time for your exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product. Once we've inspected the item and approved the refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account due to the processing times of your bank or credit card company.
